Returns, Refunds/Replacement

We offer a no quibble refund or replacement policy.

If you are unhappy with the goods you receive, if they are faulty or have been damaged in transit, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt and return the product to us with the original receipt within 14 days. In such circumstances a full refund will be given within 28 days (including additional p/p costs) or a replacement within 5 days (outside the UK may take longer).

Items must be returned in the original packaging within 14 days of receipt. It is at our discretion whether items are in perfect saleable condition and qualify for a full refund or replacement.

If damage occurs to items in transit or they are lost in transit you will need to claim against the carrier. We cannot be held accountable in such instances. This does not affect your statutory rights. For this reason, we strongly advise you to use a guaranteed postal service, as you are responsible for the goods until we have received them.
